The judgment below

Part concerning Defendant B, C, and D among them shall be reversed.

Defendant

B B Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and ten months, Defendant C, and .

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Each sentence (Defendant A: Imprisonment of 2 years and 6 months; imprisonment of 2 years and 3 years and 6 months; imprisonment of 1 year and 6 months, and imprisonment of 3 years and 6 months) declared by the lower court is unreasonable.

B. Each of the above types sentenced by the court below by the prosecutor is too unhued and unfair.

2. As to the Defendants and the prosecutor’s argument of unfair sentencing, the crime of “ Bosing,” together with the following facts: (a) the crime of “ Bosing,” on the grounds that the economically and socially weak persons are subject to major crimes; (b) the occurrence of more difficult circumstances by using the fluorite address; (c) the crime’s responsibility is very heavy, and the social harm is very serious; and (d) the crime of “ Bosing,” which appeared in Korea for the long time, is not eradicated despite the media promotion and the concentrated control and punishment by the judicial authorities; (b) the crime of “ Bosing,” as seen above, is one of the people who take part in the crime of “ Bosing,” and (c) Defendant B and D, by receiving the money deposited in the Tong Tong passbook, and delivering the money deposited in cash to the organization of sos, and (c) the role of supervising and monitoring the Defendant’s entire antenna, as well as the role of supervising and controlling the Defendant’s subordinate antenna, as well as the role of supervising and monitoring the role of the Defendant Es.

It is recognized that there is a large amount of money that can not be seen, that the amount of fraud exceeds a total of KRW 200 million, but most damages have not been recovered, and that there is no agreement with the majority of victims.
