A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 4755"

1. On July 14, 2018, at the convenience store operated by the victim D in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 03:56 on July 14, 2018, the Defendant returned the keys posted to the convenience store to the convenience store by his/her employees, who were in the victim’s cash in the safe after returning the keys laid down to the convenience store.

In other words, they stolen them.

2. Around 14:00 on July 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) reported that there was a telephone call on a street store managed by the victim G in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; and (b) cut off one of the phone calls owned by the victim’s market value.

3. Larceny;

A. On March 31, 2018, at around 00:30 on March 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a single Samsung 7 mobile phone in Samsung Gallon, the market price on which the victim J, who was on a table, was owned by the Defendant, was equivalent to KRW 500,000,000.

B. On April 25, 2018, around 13:00 on April 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stored the gap in the victim M, the head of the security team, in L in the first floor of the Jongno-gu Seoul K K Building, in the paper room where the Defendant prepared goods equivalent to KRW 62,700 in total market price, including four books, five letter support, five beer, and one beer, and stolen.

E. On May 29, 2018, around 15:13, the Defendant’s gap in the name of “V” operated by the Victim U in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
