A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2018 Highest 4616]
1. On October 10, 2017, around 03:30 on October 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) loaded the victim’s E truck of the victim D, which was parked in the parking lot B located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and (b) stolen the victim’s 30 breabs, holding the 21,300 breabs worth of 21,300 won at the market price owned by the victim; and (c) committed a theft on a total of 30 occasions from May 25, 2018, as indicated in the list of crimes in the separate list of crimes.
2. On May 25, 2018, the Defendant: around 04:10, at the G convenience store in the operation of the victim’s name in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant stolen four ice cream equivalent to KRW 6,000, the market price of the victim’s possession located in the freezing room.
[2019 Highest 441] On December 12, 2018, around 04:45, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with five cupped Cups in the aggregate amounting to KRW 7,400,00, in the “J convenience store” in the operation of the victim I located in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon.

1.
