A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 208"

1. On December 7, 2017, at the convenience store operated by the victim C in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) put the victim’s employees in a room where the victim’s employees’ surveillance was displayed in a cooling house, which is equivalent to KRW 8,700 in the market price where the victim’s employees’ surveillance was displayed in a cooling house; and (b) cut off the victim’s employees into a room where the victim’s employees were prepared in advance at the price of KRW 8,700.

2. On December 13, 2017, the Defendant of theft against Victim F: (a) 2 ppuri (3,900 won per one unit) reded in another beverage cooling house in which employees display goods within H Mart operated by the Victim F in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in a cresh manner, around 15:19.

Before being prepared, it was put in a bank which was stolen, but it was stolen.

On March 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the convenience point of the operation of the victimJ located in Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul on March 15, 2018, the Defendant: (b) laid off the rest of the victim’s surveillance into the air conditioning, which is equivalent to KRW 8,700 of the market price at which the victim’s surveillance was displayed in other air conditionings; and (c) cut off the rest of KRW 8,700 of the price.

On April 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by inserting 2 Byungbucks and coffee 2 Byung at the “N convenience store managed by the victim M in Daegu-gu L, Daegu-gu L; (b) the victim’s surveillance was displayed in a cooling house using a cresh in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 5,800, 5800.

2. On April 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at Q convenience stores operated by the victim P in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu (O) around 14:23, the Defendant: (b) stored the Victim P in the air conditioning and displayed in the air conditioning, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 5,800, 5,800.

3. On April 29, 2018, at the “T convenience store managed by the Victim S S S S S S S S S S in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on April 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stored the Victim S S S S S S S S in the air conditioning with a gap in which surveillance was neglected; and (b) stolen the Victim Bucks and coffee 2 C, which had been displayed in the air conditioning, in the market price of 5,800 won.
