1. On April 29, 2018, at the D convenience store operated by the victim C in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on April 16:19, 2018, the Defendant stolen 2 A of electronic tobacco equivalent to KRW 9,000 in total at the market price of the victim who was displayed in the Kabter by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected.
