The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is merely a member of “E” established through a voluntary organization called “E Re-Promotion Committee” on November 9, 1989, rather than a “E” who is the actual owner of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D major 264.5 square meters, and thus was not entitled to represent “E”.

On October 201, the Defendant stated “E A” in the column for indicating real estate in the letter of proxy for application for registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage in the G Certified Judicial scrivener Office located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and stated “E A” in the column for registration and its date as “Ma-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D-264.5 square meters,” and indicated “E A” in the column for registration and its date, and affixed the Defendant’s seal next to the Defendant’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant prepared a letter of proxy for application for the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage, which is a private document on rights and obligations, using the qualification of representative of the above E.

B. Around October 6, 2011, the Defendant: (a) had a certified judicial scrivener G G GD G G GD’s office, who is unaware of the fact that the Defendant did not have a representative of E, enter the Defendant as “E representative A” in the column for indication of real estate in the site for registration of creation of collateral security; (b) “E-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D major 264.5 square meters”; (c) the grounds for registration and its date in the column of the grounds for registration and its date; (d) “120 million won” in the debtor column; (e) “E” in the debtor column; and (e) written “E representative A” in the column for registration.

For the purpose of exercising this, the Defendant drafted a copy of the application for registration of establishment of collateral security, which is a private document concerning rights and duties, with the qualification of representative of the above E.

C. On November 17, 2011, the Defendant stated “A”, “E”, “E”, “J”, and “E” in the type column of delegation at the Defendant’s residence located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in the name column of proxy form for application for a building permit, and the Defendant’s name as “E A” in the name of the Defendant.
