1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 16, 2014, the Plaintiff died due to the sinking of the Sewol ferry (CB; hereinafter “the deceased”).

As a relative of the deceased, the deceased’s father-child relationship D and the deceased’s marriage around January 7, 2003 and completed the report of divorce on January 7, 2003. D is a broadcasting company that operates a “channel” in the general programming channel, and the Defendant is broadcasting the news program “channels”, and maintains and manages the website (htp:/www.C.com.) in which the services, such as news and re-news, are provided.

B. Defendant’s news report 1) on May 17, 2014, the term “channeld news” in the news program, and “the Plaintiff is divorced from the mother of the Deceased before 12 years and sent child support expenses for the first three years after the divorce.” The Defendant reported the same news as indicated in attached Table 3 (except for the Defendant’s wife who abused his child and the Defendant’s 8 years before he was removed from the body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of the deceased’s body of 205 years.”

(2) The news of this case (hereinafter referred to as the “instant news”) is operated by the Defendant from May 17, 2014 and May 23, 2014 to the point of time.
