1. Basic facts

B. Each report by the Defendants 1) Defendant 1 posted and reported the article of the title “L” on the K 10 pages (social pages) and on the Internet homepage of the G Dog Newspapers (hereinafter “L”) as shown in attached Table 4 (hereinafter “instant article 1”).

2) The Defendant’s Korea Exploration International Center posted and reported the article, as shown in attached Table 5, stating that the Plaintiff’s publication of the magazine “N” under the title “N” on the Internet website of M News E.S.

(hereinafter referred to as “P”. 3 Defendant Co., Ltd. reports, around O 20:0, the news of the title “P” to Defendant C and Defendant D, a reporter, from “G” program to “G” program, as shown in attached Form 6.
