A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine has not been paid, the period shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Resident Registration Act;

A. On January 20, 2012, the Defendant, without obtaining C’s consent from the French site, opened a ID of E using C’s resident registration number on the game site D, and used C’s resident registration number unlawfully.

B. On April 23, 2012, the Defendant, without obtaining C’s consent at a Buddhist place, opened C’s game website with C’s resident registration number and used C’s resident registration number unlawfully.

C. On April 25, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining C’s consent at a Buddhist place, opened G’s ID and used C’s resident registration number unlawfully by using C’s resident registration number on the game site D.

2. On March 15, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document and display the relevant investigation document: (a) at the Handphone sales store of H located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant stated “I”; (b) the mobile phone number column of the application for the change of the device in the name column; (c) “C”; (d) the resident registration number column; (c) “J” in the 1,089,000 fare column in the delivery price column; (c) “LTE10; (d) the monthly fixed amount column; (e) “1,00” in the monthly fixed amount column; (e) “26,400”; (e) “73,600”; (e) on the monthly fixed amount column; and (e) the applicant column “C”, “C”, “C”, “C”, and “K” in the phone number column for contact; and (e) submitted an application form for the change of the victim’s name in the victim’s phone name and submitted it to the Defendant’s name.
