Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act at the Seoul Northern District Court. The above judgment was finalized on August 20, 2008, and on May 31, 2012, the Seoul Eastern District Court sentenced one year and two months of imprisonment with labor for fraud, etc., and the above judgment became final and conclusive on September 13, 2012.

1. At around 13:50 on April 7, 2008, the Defendant illegally used another person’s resident registration number by setting up and operating a wire telephone (E) in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City D Building 208 by informing the employees in charge of telephone calls to KT corporation of the name, resident registration number, etc.

2. On April 25, 2008, the Defendant: (a) at a place where the location is unknown; (b) at a place where a phone is unknown; and (c) at a place where the Defendant applied for the opening and marketing of an excursion telephone (G) in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Office 306 of officetel 306, by notifying the employees in charge of walking a phone, of the name, resident registration

3. On April 26, 2008, at a place where the location cannot be known, the Defendant illegally used another person’s resident registration number by advertising a telephone to KT Co., Ltd. and applying for the opening and marketing of a wire telephone (H) No. 306 of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Office Office 306 of the name, resident registration number, etc. to the employee in charge.

4. On May 13, 2008, at a place where the location is unknown, the Defendant illegally used another person’s resident registration number by advertising a telephone to KT Co., Ltd., notifying C’s name, resident registration number, etc. to an employee in charge, applying for the opening and marketing of a wire telephone (J) on the first floor of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I building 113.
