[Criminal facts]

1. Violation of the Resident Registration Act;

A. On January 22, 2013, the Defendant called the “D” mobile phone agent in Seongbuk-gu Seoul operated in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and used the “E” mobile phone opening from E (F, F, hereinafter “E”) instead of obtaining consent to the opening of the mobile phone opening, the Defendant applied for the two mobile phone openings of the E’s mobile phone under the name of E and applied for money by arbitrarily obtaining the opening of the mobile phone and using the said other person’s resident registration number.

B. On July 31, 2013, the Defendant called “I” service center located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, and applied for the opening of the Internet and TV in the name of J even though he/she did not obtain consent from the J on the Internet and TV subscription, cash and shots paid when he/she opened the Internet and TV, etc. in the name of J, and notified employees of the name of the J’s resident registration number to whom the name of the said service center could not be known and used the other person’s resident registration number.

On August 13, 2013, the Defendant called “K” service center located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, and applied for the opening of the Internet and TV in the name of J even though he did not obtain consent from the J on the Internet and TV subscription, cash and sand paid when opening the Internet and TV in the name of J would receive goods, etc., and applied for the opening of the Internet and TV, etc. in the name of J, and used the said service center’s resident registration number unlawfully by notifying employees whose name the name of the service center was unknown.

2. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud, around January 22, 2013, was a mobile phone in the name of the victim E, as described in paragraph 1(a) from “D’s operation” located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
