A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of the “C” under Article 140 of the building 140 in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul. While no one advertises agricultural products that are not certified as eco-friendly agricultural products or advertises products that are different from the content of certification, the Defendant advertised products as eco-friendly agricultural products or advertised products that are not certified as eco-friendly agricultural products on the website (D) from March 5, 2012 to December 2012, the Defendant: (a) on the Internet homepage (D) of the above C; (b) on an agricultural product that only obtained certification of low agricultural chemicals; and (c) on an agricultural product that does not have obtained certification of organic agricultural products or non-agricultural products, he/she advertised products differently from the content of certification of eco-friendly agricultural products; and (d) on the other hand, from around that time, he/she advertised products that are not certified as eco-friendly agricultural products, or advertised products that were certified as eco-friendly agricultural products differently from the content of certification of eco-friendly agricultural products.
