Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Criminal facts

1. On December 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a benz car in the section of about 10 km from the front of the grain apartment site located in the 62-ro, Changwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Seoul, to the front of the apartment located in the 3-ro, Changwon-si, Gowon-si, Gowon-si, Gowon-si, Gowon-si, Gowon-si, Gowon-si.

2. On December 14, 2016, around 00:22, the Defendant: (a) driven a benz car on the road in front of the Southern Apartment apartment located in the Haak-gu, Changwon-si; (b) was invaded by the central line; and (c) was required to obtain a license from a police officer who belongs to the police box C of the Jinhae Police Station C.

Defendant did not carry a license with the above police officer.

In the end, the same person's resident registration number was omitted, and after the police officer's portable police device (PDA) was requested to enter and sign a notice of a fine for violation of road traffic law from the above police officer, the person's electronic records on the confirmation of facts were forged without authority in the signature column of the device on the front page for the purpose of making the business process smooth.

3. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the time and place indicated in paragraph 2, informed a police officer of his/her identification card and D’s resident registration number, and unlawfully used another person’s resident registration number.
