Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2017, the Defendant, who received a request from a police officer for the measurement of drinking, had the risk of arresting a police officer due to the receipt of a fine, and had the intent to act as if he was an friendly C.

1. On April 27, 2017, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act by providing a police officer with a resident registration number “D”, which is a defendant’s relative student, without presenting a identification card, at the time of departure from the 1st executive station of the Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si

The Defendant: (a) requested a police officer who misleads the Defendant as C to sign the “Notice of Designation” column on the screen of PDA short term page from the police officer who misleads the Defendant as C; (b) made C’s signature on the confirmation column of the “Notice of Designation Notice”; and (c) made C’s signature on the confirmation column of the notification of Designation Notice with the intent to mislead the Defendant into conducting business affairs; and (d) forged C’s special media records, such as the electronic records of another person’s electronic records on proof of fact.

3. The Defendant: (a) presented to the police officer the electronic files signed as described in paragraph (1), at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), as if they were duly formed; (b) had the police officer know of the fact that the electronic records were sent to the file server; and (c) exercised the electronic records that were forged by having the police officer know of the fact that the electronic records were sent to the file server.
