A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall operate any automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

On January 23, 2017, the Defendant operated a passenger car at a distance of about 20 meters from the front Do of the Yongwon elementary school located in the Gowon-dong, Gowon-dong, Gowon-si, Gowon-dong, which was located in the same Dong to the front Do government office, without mandatory insurance.

3. On January 23, 2017, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) was aware in advance of the fact that he/she was under the driver’s license in order to conceal the fact that he/she was under the driver’s license, while being subject to the control of the violation of the prohibition of mosing from E, a police officer belonging to the D District Team of the Jindo Police Station D, Jindo Police Station, on the front of the Seowon-si, Jindo, Gowon-si, Jindo; and (b) was aware in advance.

F Resident registration numbers were the F resident registration numbers.

Accordingly, the defendant used F's resident registration number unlawfully.

4. The Defendant, in control as set forth in paragraph 3, forged another’s signature for the purpose of exercising his/her signature as if he/she were F’s signature in order to conceal the fact that he/she was receiving a request for signature from a policeman on a penalty payment notice on a police portable information terminal (PDA) from a policeman, and exercised it by presenting the forged signature to the above policeman E, as if the signature was duly formed.

5. The Defendant, who has forged a private document or exercised the said investigation document, was under control as set forth in paragraph 3 and required to prepare a written self-written statement from E.
