Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who was Defendant B’s secretary as Defendant B’s secretary, and Defendant B is a substantial operator of the foregoing legal entity.
Defendant
A is a person who served as a manager of “GMoel” operated by “F,” a complainant located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, from around 2007 to October 2016. Defendant B is a person under legal dispute, such as filing a lawsuit seeking the return of loan with the court, where the complainant and the complainant have lent money at the time of purchase of the above her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her she purchased
A. On July 15, 2016, the Defendants: (a) forged private documents (joint crime) together with each other; (b) on July 15, 2016, in the office used by Defendant A under the ground of “Gel” located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (c) on the column of the location where the real estate lease agreement was indicated by using a verification-type pen; (d) “Seoul-gu, Sungnam-gu, Gyeonggi-do”; (e) “the underground floor size of 70 square meters”; (e) “three million square meters in the column of the deposit; (e) three hundred and five days in the monthly rent column; (e) “one million and five million won in the down payment column”; and (e) “one million two million two million won in the rent column”; and (e) the monthly rent period was indicated as “24 months; and (e) the lessor’s name and one of the lessees’ names at his own discretion on July 15, 2016; and (e) the lessor’s name of Gyeonggi-do.
B. On August 29, 2016, the Defendants jointly submitted a false real estate lease agreement, which is a private document forged as above, to the Sung-nam Tax Office’s civil service center located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, to file an application for business registration.
