B On September 20, 2016, the Gwangju District Court was sentenced to one year of suspension of execution for six months of embezzlement at the Gwangju District Court on September 20, 2016, and the judgment was finalized on September 28, 2016.
The Defendants, as married couple, resided in the 6th floor of Gwangju Dong-gu E-Ba owned by Defendant B, and entered into a lease contract with D with D, but did not intend to use D’s seal necessary to enter into a lease contract with the other tenants of E, and used them to obtain compensation if housing redevelopment is conducted, Defendant A would have paid the lease deposit to D and resided in the lease contract as if Defendant A paid the lease deposit.

The Defendants - around November 6, 2009: (a) the Defendants: (b) did not have been entrusted by D with the preparation of the real estate lease agreement at the Defendants’ house located in the E-Ba 6th floor; (c) Defendant A drafted a title of the real estate lease agreement in the column of the location of the site for the real estate lease agreement; (d) Defendant A drafted a title of the real estate lease agreement in the name of Do-dong E-gu, Gwangju; (d) “G” in the resident registration number column; (e) “G” in the resident registration number column; and (e) “H” and “A” in the resident registration number column; and (e) Defendant B drafted a title of the real estate lease agreement in the name of D affixed with D’s seal affixed to D’s name.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge a copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.
2. Defendant A
A. On April 1, 2016, the Defendant submitted to an employee of the J Housing Redevelopment and Development Project Office on the second floor of Gwangju-dong I, Gwangju-gu, a written application for the relocation of a house, and submitted a copy of the forged real estate lease contract under the name of D, such as Paragraph 1, as if it were a document duly formed.
