1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

A. On May 15, 2019, around 00:15, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the front B B B, and entered into a door that was not corrected for the EM7 car owned by the victim C; and (b) stolen the said vehicle in excess of KRW 20,000,000 at the market price, by using the key of the vehicle located therein.

B. On May 16, 2019, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked on the street in the “G cafeteria” located in the “G cafeteriaF,” and entered into a door that was not corrected for the I MP car owned by the victim H; and (b) stolen the said car at the market price by putting the vehicle’s key inside the door by using the vehicle’s key.

C. At around 02:30 on May 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened and entered into a victim L/C M/L parking lot located in the “K-cafeteria,” which is located in the Hacheon-siJ; and (b) stolen the said car in excess of KRW 4,500,000 at the market price, by using the key of the vehicle located therein.

The Defendant, at around 03:47 May 21, 2019, opened a door that was parked on the N-way route at PK5 cars owned by the Victim O and entered into the door.
