A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 04:00 on August 10, 2015, the victim E, who was parked on the street in front of a D cafeteria located in Sinpopo City, cut off the keys, opened a locked driver’s seat and entered it, and then cut off the keys attached to the key hole, and drive it.
