Punishment of the crime

1. On May 28, 2016, at D main points located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, on May 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the police officer F, who was dispatched upon the Defendant’s 112 report that the Defendant was assaulted by drinking alcohol from drinking first; and (b) expressed the Defendant’s 112 report that the police officer F, who was dispatched, sent to the E earth, asked the Defendant for the background of the report; and (c) expressed the Defendant “at the same time as the bitch, fright, bitch,” and expressed the Defendant’s desire to read, “F,” and, at the same time, expressed the Defendant’s desire to read, “at the same time as the bitch fright, fluort, fluort.”

F made an assault to F, such as gathering a sudden brupt, and then receiving the f's chest part of the f on one occasion due to a tea and head.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reports.

2. 상해 피고인은 2016. 5. 28. 01:57 경 제 1 항 기재 범죄행위로 현행범 체포된 후 구금된 대전 서구 한 밭대로 733에 있는 대전 둔 산 경찰서 유치장에서, 담배를 달라고 요구하면서 침을 뱉고 “야 이 씹새끼야! 개새끼야 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 소란을 피우다가, 아무런 이유 없이 같은 유치 실에 누워 있던 피해자 G(44 세) 의 가슴 부위를 발로 1회 차고, 깜짝 놀라 일어서 피고인을 피해 다니는 피해자의 얼굴 부위를 손으로 4 차례 때려 피해자에게 약 2 주간의 치료가 필요한 우측 흉부 좌상 등을 가하였다.
