A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. At around 18:30 on September 14, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.63g 0.63g of psychotropic drug personnel (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) from F, by adding the Defendant’s money to KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000, from the entry of D located in Guro-si, Sinsi, 2013.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above E to purchase philophones.
B. At around 01:00 on the 15th day of the same month, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 gramphonephones in Gumi-si A, Gumi-si, the Defendant’s residence, by mixing them with cans and coffees.
C. The defendant's explanation
9. 2. On May 19, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) around 15:00, while administering a clophone at a distance of about 3 km from the uppermost of the people’s telephone to the uppermost of the J of the Gu and America, at around 15:00, KM520 vehicles.
