A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1,800,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional collection.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2011, the Defendant sentenced 10 months to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on May 25, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on February 20, 2012.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, but shall not administer or trade narcotics or psychotropic drugs.

1. At around 17:00 on May 2012, the Defendant administered phiphones by dilutioning psychotropic drugs with approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs, in three disposable injection equipment E and D, together with E, at the residence of Gyeonggi-si, the Defendant: (a) 17:00; and (b) administering phiphones by means of infecting psychotropic drugs, with approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs.

2. At around 21:00 on May 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.8g of philophones contained in the one-time injection machine, which was contained in the one-time injection machine, from G E located in G Mari-si F in the letter bag, from E in KRW 50,000.

3. At around 21:30 on the same day as the above “paragraph 2”, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones purchased from G toilets located in Gyeonggi-si, and injected them by means of injecting them into a single-use injection machine, dilution with raw water, and injection into the arms dynasium.

4. At around 21:00 on June 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.8 gramphonephones contained in the one-time plastic bag from E from the above G G M to KRW 500,000.

5. On the same day as above, the Defendant put about about 0.03g of philophones purchased from G toilets as above, into a disposable injection machine, dilution with raw water, and administered them in such a way as to injecting them into the blood transfusion.

6. At around 21:00 on July 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.4g of philopon 200,000 won, which was contained in the one-time plastic bag from E in the letter plastic bag from the above G G Ma.

7. At around 21:30 on the same day as above, the Defendant put about approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased from the above G toilets into a disposable injection machine, dilution with bio-dives, and injection into the arms blood cells.
