A. Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc., the Defendant dealt with the following narcotics, etc. Mescopic cophophones (hereinafter “copphones”) as follows.

6) At around 16:00 on June 9, 2012, the Defendant put about about 0.03 grams in a single-use injection machine, dilution, and had N in injection into the blood pipe left to the Defendant’s left part.

7) At the time and place set forth in the foregoing paragraph 2, the Defendant put about 0.03g of philophonephones into a single-use injection machine, dilutiond them, and used N to have it injected into the blood pipe left of A, at the time and place set forth in the same paragraph.
