Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On December 25, 2012, around 21:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.07 g of psychotropic drugs from E, a psychotropic drug, in front of the D Automobile Maintenance Factory in Lliber Group C, with approximately 0.07 g of psychotropic drugs.

B. On December 25, 2012, around 21:20, the Defendant administered G building 603 located in the said F G building by inserting approximately 0.07g of philopon in a single-use injection instrument and dilution with water, at around December 25, 2012.

C. On December 28, 2012, the Defendant conspiredd to purchase phiphones with H to purchase 100,000 won, and purchased phiphones in collusion with H in collusion with H in a manner in which 0.14gs of 0.07gs among them were issued to E, by issuing 20,000 won in cash to E, and by receiving 0.14gs of phiphones from E. 0.07gs.

On December 28, 2012, the Defendant administered approximately 0.07 glopon in a single-use injection machine purchased, such as the above “C,” in J-A-dong No. 505, J-dong No. H, which was located in Daldong I, and in a way of injecting the left part of the cpopon into the blood pipe by dilutioning it with water.

E. On January 6, 2013, the Defendant conspiredd with K to purchase penphones by collecting KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won and 100,000 won and 100,000,000 won and 100,000,000 won received from K to E. Of them, the Defendant sold approximately 0.07 g to K and purchased phiphones in collusion with K in a manner in which she owns.

F. On January 7, 2013, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07g of philopon purchased, such as the above “Ma,” in the studio of K, 303 K, which is located in Lliber Group N, by inserting it into a single-use injection machine, and dilution with water, and administering it into the left part of the blood transfusion.
