A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:00 on June 2, 2015, the injured Defendant suffered injury, such as, on the ground that the victim C (n, 47 years of age) who was satisfyed with the Defendant was the Defendant hedging, on the ground that he was the victim C (n, e.g., the age of 47) who was satisfyed with the Defendant, and, on the face of the victim who was satisfying a vinyl paper containing a silver board, caused the victim to satisfy on the luminous bones bones, where the number of treatment days cannot be
