Defendant

A Imprisonment with prison labor for one year and for eight months, respectively.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. From February 2015, the Defendants’ joint crime committed by the Defendants: (a) around Suwon-si Office Etel 14 units; (b) seven units of the Ftel units in Suwon-si; and (c) three units of the Gtel units in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (d) the commercial sex acts establishments, such as “H,” were operated; (b) the Defendant A and a person who had relations with the Defendant at the time, provided services, such as receiving customers’ reservation calls or preparing supplies of the said establishment; and (c) the Defendant B was willing to operate the said commercial acts establishments.

From February 2017 to April 3, 2017, the Defendants conspiredd to offer an officetel 602, 623, 805, 1105, 1110, 1123, and 1308 (total 7 places), 219, 303, 314, 326, 328, 429, 625, 821, 823, 928, 1021, 114, and 1324 (total 14 places), 104, 1801, and 207 (total 300,00) to get male commercial sex acts to be arranged as commercial sex acts, and sought similarity from these female commercial sex acts to female commercial sex acts.

2. Defendant B, on April 3, 2017, when a sexual traffic business establishment of A was controlled by the police, had his mind to operate the mixed sexual traffic business establishment.

The Defendant, from May 5, 201 to June 19, 2017, operated the said Ftel 228, 302, 825, 925, 925, and 1419 (total 5 places), operated a commercial sex business establishment, “J”. The Defendant, who reported advertisement of a commercial sex business establishment at an Internet site, provided information to the said officetel where many and unspecified men, who were waiting for commercial sex acts by receiving KRW 100,00 as the price for commercial sex acts, and provided them with a similar teaching act (one name: Hand) that leads them to the assessment of sexual intercourses by hand.
