1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and a fine of KRW 5,000,00.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. From the end of August 2016 to the end of the end of November 2016, the Defendant: (a) leased three rooms, including the 317 and 914 of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to operate the said three rooms; (b) advertised the said commercial sex business establishment on the Internet site, such as “G”, while operating the said three rooms; and (c) directed male customers, who were found in contact with the said advertisement to the said officetel, and was waiting at the said place.

In order to ensure that women engaged in sexual traffic such as U(name), V(name), etc. receive KRW 150,00 from male customers and provide male customers with KRW 1,50,00.
