1. Defendant A’s imprisonment with prison labor for six months and fines for twenty thousand won, and Defendant B’s imprisonment for four months and fines for ten thousand won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who intends to accept or promise to accept money, valuables or other property benefits from an unspecified person shall mediate sexual intercourse;

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) had the intention to operate a commercial sex acts business establishment under the trade name of “D”, and had the head of the office employed B through the “E” website around March 2017; (b) had the Defendant comprehensively operated the commercial sex acts business establishment; and (c) had the Defendant’s intent to guide the commercial sex acts to the officetels where female employees are waiting after receiving commercial sex acts under contact with the males of commercial sex acts by receiving commercial sex acts; and (d) have the duty to guide the commercial sex acts business establishment and settle the prices.

Accordingly, from around that time to April 2017, the Defendant, along with B, employed women H, I, and J, employed female employees in each room, posted a protype of female workers on the above Internet site “E, thereby leading them to the purchase of commercial sex acts, thereby leading them to sexual intercourse with 150,00 female employees, etc. by providing them with sexual traffic advertisements from April 2, 2017 to July 20, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. From June 24, 2017 to July 19:26, 2017, Defendant B served as the head of the sexual traffic business office of the trade name called “D” as described in the above paragraph (1) and arranged commercial sex acts in collusion with Defendant B for the business of arranging commercial sex acts.
