Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2018 Highest 2202" is not a person handling narcotics.
1. The primary crime;
A. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act (fence) - On March 18, 2018, the Defendant, who was aware of the past workplace rent with B around March 18, 2018, was urged to purchase the cambacule (a one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine medicine, from B and received KRW 700,000 in cash from B on March 19, 2018, and followed the seal around 01:20 on March 19, 2018, only F on the street in the D basin located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and 70,000 won on the above 70,000 won on the floopon, including the part of two for a single copon.

B. 2. The second crime;
A. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act (flavoring) - On March 31, 2018, the Defendant was urged to purchase phiphones between the above B and received KRW 200,000 in cash from B on the same day. From around 06:20 on the same day, around 06:20, the Defendant sent F in the Defendant’s fourth city vehicle parked on the Gangnam-gu Seoul E-gu Seoul, and 100,000 won in cash, including the above KRW 20,000,000,000 from the Defendant, and 2g of phiphones, which were included by dividing the said KRW 20,000 into two for a single-use vehicle.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to sell philophones.
B. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. - The Defendant, on March 31, 2018, added approximately 0.15g philophones purchased as above into a disposable injection machine and added them into water to the part of the Defendant’s arms, in around 12:00 Gelel room at the Gyeonggi-gu Gel.
