Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2, 2015, at around 14:45, the Defendant driven a section of approximately 100 meters from the place of residence of the Defendant in Chungcheong Budget-gun B to the road in front of the new funeral cancer box in the same Eup/Myeon, located in the same Eup/Myeon, without a license for a motorcycle.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of the U.S. C. C. 49cc.

The Defendant, without purchasing mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), operated the above Oral Ba.
