1. On August 2, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a motor motor device at around 15:14, 2017, driving a vehicle in approximately 100 meters which the Defendant owned in the section of approximately 100 meters, from the front of the 13 Dom-ro in the Jeju city, to the front of the 7 Dom-ro in the 7 Dom-ro in the Jeju city.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act, even though he was prohibited from operating the automobile on the road, which was not covered by mandatory insurance as the owner of the automobile, he driven the automobile, as stated in paragraph 1, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.
