The defendant is a driver with no number plate 49cc.

On May 15, 2014, the Defendant, who violated the Road Traffic Act, driven the above 2km section from the dwelling area of the Defendant located in the Gun in Busan to the front of the plane captain in the same Gun/Eup without a motorcycle driver’s license issued by the Commissioner of the Local Police Agency at around 08:50 minutes.
