Punishment of the crime

[2018 Highest 1859] On June 17, 2011, the Defendant received a fine of 2.5 million won as a crime of violating Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Seoul Eastern District Court on June 17, 201, and a fine of 5 million won as the same crime from the Busan District Court’s Vice Branch on March 28, 2014.

On June 11, 2018, the Defendant driven a ewing-III truck from approximately 10 meters section to the crosswalk in front of the D children’s park, which is located in C, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.15% during blood transfusion around 02:15 on June 11, 2018.

As a result, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol more than twice, driven a motor vehicle again under the influence of alcohol as above.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims.
