On April 11, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business: (a) purchased cans amounting to KRW 800 won at the market price from the vending machine owned by 1,000,000 Seocheon-ro, 1,000 Seocheon-ro, 1,000-ro, 1,000 and paid off by using new credit cards located on the victim’s wall as described in the foregoing paragraph (1).

3. On April 11, 2018, the Defendant, who attempted to commit fraud, purchased from “G convenience store” located in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, 201 to “18,000 won,” and purchased from “4 Mad Mad Doz.” The Defendant attempted to induce and settle the modern card inside the victim’s wallet, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, to his/her own act, employees in the name of the G convenience store, but did not result in the Defendant’s attempted to refuse to accept and refuse to report by theft of E.

1. Embezzlements of deserted articles in possession;

A. On April 28, 2018, at around 00:20, the Defendant acquired one copy of the Samsung Credit Card, which was lost by the victim H on the road of the Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, and did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the victim, and embezzled the property that he/she left the possession of the victim, without taking necessary procedures.

B. On May 11, 2018, the Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as acquiring one copy of the Kakao Bank Card lost by the victim I in front of the G convenience store located in Seocheon-si F on the street, and returning it to the victim.
