Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【2016 Gohap 159】
1. At around 17:55 on December 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed violence, such as: (b) having the victim’s chest part of the chest and go over the floor by cutting the door door of a driver’s seat not locked by the victim H(58) in front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City; and (c) having the victim’s cash in that place; (d) having the victim’s possession of KRW 8,00,000, and having the victim go up to the floor for the purpose of evading the arrest of the victim.
2. On August 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with money and valuables worth KRW 445,000,000, totaling the market price of KRW 35,00,00, including a 40,000,00, in the front parking lot of Dong apartment 27, Dongdong apartment 27, Dong-gu, Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) the victim C opened and opened a door with the unlocked door of J cargo vehicle parked by the victim C; and (c) the victim’s cash ownership at that place; and (d) the victim’s money and valuables at the market price of KRW 45,00,00.
In addition, from that time to December 13, 2015, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property worth KRW 1,673,000 in total on five occasions, such as the list I of crimes committed in the attached Table I.

3. A thief: (a) around November 23, 2015, the Defendant: (b) committed theft with items totaling KRW 65,950,00 in total five times, as indicated in the attached Table II, including theft, with a 30,00 won number of articles owned by the victim E, which was set up on the front door of the 196 large-scale 5 large-scale 196 large-scale 196 large-scale parking lot; and (c) with a front door door door door door door of the 196 large-scale 5 large-scale car parked on the 196 large-scale parking lot.

4. The Defendant: (a) around 12:34 January 7, 2016, at the MPC smoking room located on the fifth floor of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L, the Defendant: (b) placed the victim N on his own will; and (c) placed 50,000 won on the victim’s own; (d) Chapter 1; (e) Chapter 4; (e) a debit card of a new bank; and (e) a wall owned by a victim on which one of the cards was entered.
