A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 14, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Chuncheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 14, 2014.

A. On February 5, 2016, around 22:00, the Defendant opened a door of a vehicle not locked with a DSS5 vehicle managed by the victim C in the public parking lot located in Ansan-si, 539-11, the Hamsan-si, 539-11, and stolen the vehicle with one verification color bus holding the victim’s market price equivalent to KRW 50,000,000, and 200,000,00,000.

B. On February 8, 2016, at around 21:56, the Defendant opened a door of a vehicle of F-A-Woon-Wood vehicle managed by the victim E at the same place as indicated in the above A-mentioned paragraph, and stolen the vehicle with one yellow-ray box with the market value of KRW 50,000,000 in the victim’s own market value, and one South-Color card of our bank, which includes a copy of the victim’s physical card, etc., and 50,000 won in the market value.

On February 10, 2016, the Defendant opened a vehicle door with no HMW 520d car owned by the victim G in the parking lot of the 508 Sung-ro 4, Ansan-ro, Mapo-ro, Mapo-ro, 19:57 on February 10, 2016, and stolen the vehicle door with 4.80,000,000 won, including one credit card merchant in the company bank, and two bags containing 2,30,000 won in cash.

On February 14, 2016, around 08:51, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a vehicle that was not locked by the victim I in the JN city parking lot located in the Ansan-si fire station located in Ansan-si, Seoul-si, 407, and stolen the vehicle with approximately KRW 7,000,000, which was owned by the victim.

At the same place as the statement in the port, the victim K opened a door of the vehicle that is not locked by the victim K, and is equivalent to approximately KRW 4,000 owned by the victim.
