A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
One copy (No. 1) of the seized hand, etc. shall be confiscated.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Intrusion on a structure and theft;
A. On January 19, 2017, from around 14:40 to 14:50 the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a resting room door, which was not set up in the 36th floor space of the victim G located in the 36th underground floor of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; and (b) intruded into the inside, and stolen the victim G with a cell phone of the amount equivalent to KRW 500,000,000, the market price owned by the victim, one resident registration certificate; (c) one resident bank physical card; and (d) one passbook of the head of the national bank; and (e) one seal impression.
B. The Defendant, who intruded into a structure and stolen with the victim I, was on the 37th underground floor above the above H apartment house, and opened a studio room which was not set up in the 200 U.S. court room managed by the victim I, and invaded into the 37th underground floor, and stolen it with a mountain room equivalent to 80,000 won of the market price owned by the victim, including K2, etc.

On January 26, 2017, from around 13:00 to around 16:00 of the same day, the Defendant stolen the building door to the victim J, which was not set set up in the 1st floor of the 709-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and the 1st century managed by the victim J, and opened an open door to the 80,000 U.S. court, which was not set up in the 1st century managed by the victim J, and used a white cover of the amount of KRW 80,00,000 in the market value owned by the victim.

On February 2, 2017, from around 14:54 to 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the building entrance of the victim L, which was set up in the 2809-dong 3 and 4-ra of the 1st century, and was set up in the 1st century room managed by the victim L, which was set up in the 2809-dong 3 and 4-dong 2809-dong 3 and 4-ra; (b) destroyed the building entrance by using the draber; and (c) invaded the building into the dra, one physical disease with a view to 30,000 won at the market price owned by the victim.
