1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years;

2. 10,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2012, the Defendant sentenced the Changwon District Court to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on May 23, 2013.

3. Around 22:00 on November 30, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs, in possession of psychotropic drugs, from the 1st floor male toilet in Busan Northern-gu, Haak-gu, by a method of burning them into Makawawait.

4. The defendant for a violation of the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (free license) shall be around 00:0 on December 2, 2013.
