The defendant shall be sentenced to a fine of 1,00,000 won, and a fine of 1,2,3,5, and6 of the judgment shall be sentenced to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two months for a violation of the Military Service Act at the Changwon District Court’s branch office, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 6, 2012.

1. Night guards, intrusion theft;

A. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim D at around 00:30 on January 15, 2013, and at around 00:405, the Felel 405, located in Sinnam-si, the Defendant: (a) did not correct the entrance; (b) the victim D opened a gate between the victims; and (c) invaded the entrance; and (d) took off the victim’s cell phone with one cell phone equivalent to KRW 800,000 at the market price owned by the victim on the display stand.

On January 17, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim G, at around 02:00, committed a theft with one cell phone set at the gallon of the market price in which the Defendant opened a door between the victim G without correcting the entrance, and the gallon of the victim’s gallon, the victim’s possession of the victim’s galle, which was 35,000 won in cash, owned by the victim by entering into the entrance, and gallon of the cell phone of the market price in which the amount of KRW 1,00,000 was 1,00 at the victim’s head.

3. The Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, at the time, at the place, as described in paragraph 2, presented the NAC Card and signed the sales slip and used the lost CP card.
