A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. At around 17:00 on June 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) took a single bicycle on the market price, which is the victim’s market price where the name was installed in front of the DPC bank located in the former North Korea C, was unknown; and (b) stolen it.
B. On July 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 03:30 on July 16, 2017, at F convenience stores located in Jeon Chang-gun E, the Defendant: (b) took a theft with one credit card in an amount equivalent to the total market value of KRW 50,000, which was owned by the victim, in which the victim G, who is an employee of the said convenience store, was placed in a knife knife for knife for knife for knife for knife for knife for knife for knife for knife for knife for knife for knife for knife
2. On June 17, 2017, from around 23:00 to around 07:00 the following day, the Defendant: (a) opened another room without opening the entrance; (b) opened the said door; (c) opened the victim B’s identification card; (d) one KEB Han Bank Card; and (e) stolen the wall at a price equivalent to KRW 50,000,000, which includes a cash of KRW 10,000; and (e) took all of the above methods, as described in the attached Table (1) from around that time to July 16, 2017, the Defendant stolen the object equivalent to KRW 1,206,000, total market price by intrusioning the victim’s room at night over four times.
3. On July 5, 2017, at around 03:31, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) presented a new credit card in the name of M, which was stolen, as described in the attached Table No. 3, to the victim K as the Defendant himself/herself, at around 03:31, 201; and (b) received goods totaling KRW 19,400,00 from around that time to July 17, 2017, and acquired them through deceptions at least seven times as described in the attached Table No. 19,400.
