A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special larceny;

A. On August 5, 2014, at around 23:00 on August 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) cut the office windows of the Defendant’s c church located in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu; and (b) invaded into the c church located in the c church located in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu; and (c) stolen the Defendant with 1 million won of Samsung F&M, the market price of which was owned by the victim D.

B. On August 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at around 23:00 on August 12, 2014, at the front of the F church located in Yeongsan-gu E, the Defendant cut off the office windows of the Defendant’s place; and (b) invaded into the said place; and (c) stolen the office windows with one small camera at the market price equivalent to KRW 200,000,000, which was owned by the victim G.

On August 25, 2015, the Defendant, at around 02:00 on August 25, 2015, was in front of the I church located in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu, Seoul, and went into a house, stolen by having a 3:0,000 won of the market price, which is the victim J-owned.

2. Night-time theft;

A. On August 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened an office entrance in front of the L church located in Y in the Yansan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the front of the new wall; and (b) intruded into the entrance, and stolen the office entrance with one of the KRW 800,000,000, the market price of the victim MM owned at that place.

B. On January 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened an office door in front of the O church located in Yansan-gu N in the Jeonsan-si, Jeonju-si; and (b) intruded into such office door, and stolen the office door with one of the victim P, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 500,000,000, at that place.

On January 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance door in front of the R church located in Q Q in the front city of 00:00,000, which was not corrected; and (b) intruded into that door, and stolen the Defendant’s total market price of KRW 2,00,000,000, such as one of the victim S, and one of the one of the one of the one of the two parties located in the location.

3. Larceny and intrusion into a thief;

A. On October 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) Musan-si around 11:00 on October 20, 201.
