The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On November 1, 2012, around 21:05, the Defendant found the victim F (the age of 29) who is a police officer belonging to the Busan Shipping Police Station E District Unit, which was dispatched after receiving 112 reports on illegal parking on the roads located in the D market located in Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and took care of the victim to the effect that, without any justifiable reason, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim to the effect that, “I am, Chewing feass, and fassible fass at the time of the likelihood, I am dead. I am the police.”

2. The crime of the above facts charged is subject to prosecution (Articles 311 and 312 of the Criminal Act). Since the victim withdraws the complaint against the Defendant on June 14, 2013 after the prosecution of the instant case, the prosecution of the instant case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
