The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On February 16, 2013, around 13:40 on February 16, 2013, the summary of the public prosecution room is the victim D (the age of 71) who is a customer and the issue of refund of medicine in a pharmacy operated by the defendant in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, and the dispute between the victim D (the victim) who is a customer and the other customer E (the age of 71) were the victim’s public insult.

2. The judgment of the court below is an offense subject to prosecution (Articles 311 and 312(1)). Since the victim withdraws the complaint against the defendant on April 8, 2013 after the indictment, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
