Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. The Defendant and D’s co-principal committed a common crime committed in a mobile phone agency, while carrying the opening at the mobile phone agency, had the subscriber keep his resident registration certificate or driver’s license photograph, and used his name to open the mobile phone.
Around October 13, 2014, the Defendant conspired with D, an agency employee, informed D of D’s resident registration number, etc. at the “F agency located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, of D’s resident registration number, etc., and caused D to enter D’s “G” in the “application form for subscription” and sign D’s name on the name of the subscriber and the applicant column using a shot-type pen, and had D sign it on the name of the subscriber and the applicant column, and had D transmit the above application form, etc. to the employees who are not aware of the forgery, from that on that spot, until January 6, 2015, the Defendant forged and used each application form for subscription to mobile phone at least seven times in total, as shown in the attached list 1 of crimes.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, has forged and exercised 7 copies of private documents related to rights and duties for the purpose of exercising them.
B. Around January 3, 2011, the Defendant’s sole criminal defendant committed an act of forging F’s agency located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, for the “F” application form for subscription, using a fluorial pen to write “H, etc.” in the column for the subscriber and applicant, signed the name side and sent the said application form to the employees who are not aware of forgery at that place, and then forged and exercised the application form for subscription of mobile phones over 18 times in total, as shown in attached Table 2, from the time on February 26, 2015.
As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, has forged and exercised 18 copies of private documents on rights and obligations.
