A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence of measurement), and completed the execution of the above punishment on December 30, 2013.

피고인은 2014. 8. 19. 05:50경 진주시 C에 있는 진주경찰서 D파출소에 들어와 최근 입건된 폭행 사건과 관련하여 항의를 하며 그곳 출입문을 발로 차고 바지를 벗고 대변을 본 후, 담배를 피우면서 근무 중에 있던 진주경찰서 D파출소 소속 경위 E을 향해 책상용 달력으로 내려칠 듯이 위협하며 “E이 너 씹할놈 내가 낫으로 너 목을 따 버릴거다, 우리 엄마만 죽고 나면 휘발유를 뿌려 파출소에 불을 질러 버리겠다, 니 가족이 우찌되는지 보자 나한테 살려 주라고 하게 될거다”라고 소리치고, 계속하여 근무 중에 있던 진주경찰서 D파출소 소속 경위 F에게 “야 F 니가 내를 그리 만들었다. 두고 볼거다, 개새끼야 그리 밖에 못하나, 호로새끼야 사무실에 똥을 또 싸 버릴까, 니 아들 딸 가족을 어떻게 하는가 보자 내한테 살려 달라고 싹싹 빌끼다, 이 씨발놈아, 내가 지금부터 파출소하고 전쟁이다 너 가족들 씨를 말려 버릴거다. 한번 보자”라고 협박하며 책상 위에 있던 컴퓨터 모니터와 정수기 위에 있던 커피 메이커를 넘어뜨리는 등 약 35분 동안 경찰관들의 파출소 방호에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 각각 방해하였다.
