A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) visited the D police box located in Jeoncheon City C while the said female was on board the Defendant, on the ground that it was not allowed to get a woman’s passenger car in a name that operates a singing room at around 05:50.

피고인은 경사 E이 승용차 조수석에 앉아있는 피고인을 내리게 하고 귀가 하라고 안내하자 "왜 일방적으로 여자 얘기만 듣냐, 너희들 다 죽었어, 내가 다 찍어놨으니까 죽었어"라고 말하며 휴대폰으로 경찰관들의 얼굴을 촬영하며 귀가하지 않고 파출소 안으로 들어가 "사진 다 찍었어 너희들 죽었어"라고 고함을 지르며 휴대폰을 얼굴에 들이대며 계속하여 촬영하고, 이에 경찰관 F가 "계속 소란을 피울시 공무집행방해로 현행범 체포한다"고 고지하자 "마음대로 해 씨발놈의 새끼들아"라며 소란을 피우면서 제지하는 경위 F의 외근 조끼를 잡아 당겨 찢어지게 하고 낭심 부위와 다리 부위를 2회 발로 차 폭행하는 등 행패를 부렸다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers.
