The punishment of the accused shall be determined by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for injury, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and the suspended sentence was revoked on February 8, 2016. On November 26, 2015, the Defendant completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Seoul Central District Court on February 8, 2016. On August 7, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the crime of forging or forging a private signature by the same court and completed the enforcement on August 7, 2016.

On December 8, 2018, around 04:40 on December 8, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim C, a former president of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with an unreasonable appraisal on December 8, 2018, at around 04:40 on the front side of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with six telephone calls and desire for the victim, and assaulted the victim at one time at the right end of the victim by drinking.

The Defendant used F’s resident registration number unlawfully, and forged and used F’s signature on the letter and written statement of the arrest of flagrant offenders.

3. On December 8, 2018, around 06:30, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, counterfeited signature, forged signature, or forged signature. On December 8, 2018, around 06:30, the Defendant prepared an interrogation protocol at a criminal office of the Seocho Police Station located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul as a result of distribution of Seocho-gu, Seoul, and the name and the resident registration number of F are the Defendant’s personal information.
