A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Between July 2014 and August 2014, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim C within 50 hours from the city bus run in the direction of the subcheon-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Gyeonggi-do; (b) used the congested gap in which the victim’s cash 200,000 won, which is the victim’s ownership, and one resident registration certificate, were cut off by 30,000,000 won at the market price, which includes the victim’s cash 20,000 won and one copy of the resident registration certificate.
2. 3. 4. On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim F in the subway line No. 2 located in the subway line 55 in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul, with access to the victim F; (b) taken advantage of the congested gap in the brupt, thereby cutting off one brupted bag equivalent to KRW 3,000, 200, 3000, 3000, 3000, 3000, 300, 3000, and one resident registration certificate, etc., within the victim’s bank.
