A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant kept in custody the front number plate of the B rocketing II car, which is owned by the Defendant, in arrears, etc., with a view to forging the number plate and continuing to operate the said car.

1. On December 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the inspection of “D” located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan; (b) removed the number plate from the inspection of “D”; and (c) copied it by using a blade copy in the inspection.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the registration number plate of the air, which is the air, for the purpose of exercising.

2. On January 18, 2016, the Defendant of a forged air defense event operated a B rocketing car with a forged car registration number plate attached from the inspection of the “D” to the “F restaurant” in the Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, from January 18, 2016 to the road.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the registration number plate, which is a forged air.

1. Taking into account such factors as the reflection of the reason for sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act and the forgery of the vehicle number it used as it is.
