A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had D’s registration number plate for the last car due to the reasons such as the default of administrative fines at the factory in the “C” located in the Republic of Korea, the Defendant: (b) purchased a sheet in which D’s “D” was printed to F located in the same Eup; (c) made a registration number plate by attaching it on an Acryle board; and (d) forged one registration number plate for the air wn for the purpose of using it on the above physical top car.

2. Around March 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) exercised a forged registration number plate, which was an air defenseer; (b) used a forged registration number plate; and (c) used a forged registration number plate.
